4 Elements

At Pattie, every staff member and student is assigned an element - Earth, Fire, Air, or Water.


Each element operates as a team - earning points for outstanding behavior and accomplishments that go above and beyond expectations.

We teach students that even though we are 4 separate elements we all still need to work together as a family.

Each month the Element that has accrued the most points gets announced on the morning announcements.

Each quarter there is a Pep Rally, where the quarterly winner is announced and the reward for that Element is revealed.

In June all points are all tallied from the entire year and everyone comes together to celebrate the winner for the year. The ultimate prize is the Trophy located in the trophy case and bragging rights for the next year!

Every Wednesday students are expected to wear their t-shirts for "Element Wednesday". Shirts are givento stuents at the begining of hte school year and are available for pirchase. T-shirts are also available for families to purchase in out front office.
